VOLUNTEERS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE WORKERS
On their own, the employees listed above could never meet the needs of those who seek the Center's support. Therefore, Prince of Peace relies on the assistance of volunteers, community service workers, and special group helpers. In 2007,
216 such individuals combined to spend a remarkable 7244.75 hours volunteering at the Center. Each new volunteer experiences an orientation session that addresses the history, mission, and Child Protection Policies associated with the Center.
These unpaid volunteers are clearly too numerous to name here, but they unquestionably remain the heart and soul of the Center.
